I am pleased to be writing this letter of recomendation for Vasiliy Pupkin.

I am the General Manager of "Bey Baklushi" LLP. As such I supervise 43 employees in Almaty. Our company is working in the agricultire, mainly plant breeding (landscape-gardening, horticulture etc).

I have known Vasiliy now for well over five years. Almost immediately he impressed me with his enthusiasm, competence and willingness to improve himself in professional way.

Vasiliy had started his career in our company as a Gardener. He serviced three of our main clients with the following responsibilites:

• flowerbeds development
• ornamental plants planting
• complex garden care

Due to the growing professionalism and team leading skills Vasiliy was promoted to the Senior Gardener position where he supervised and coordinated gardeners teams and made the garden planning.

In 1998 our company began the horticultural business. Vasiliy was moved to this new part of company activity as the Senior Gardener. He was working on that position for three years.

In 2001 he was declared to be "The Best Gardener of the Year" in our company. After that Vasiliy got the position of General Manager Assistant . To the present day he is personally responsible for planing, supervising and coordinating the work of our divisions – both landscape gardering and horticulture.

Vasiliy Pupkin appeared to be creative, hardworking, responsible and willing to improve his professionalism and of cause to share his knowledge with other team colleagues.
